Bio: My love of France started when I studied abroad in Besancon as a college student about 35 years ago. With both my children away at school, I decided to make the most out of my empty nest. Always inspired by the French language, culture and people, I took a leap of faith. Without knowing a soul, I decided to rent an apartment in Paris for 3 months in the winter of 2014 all by myself. Joined from time to time by my husband, children, family and friends, this blog chronicles a new chapter of my life.
